Barbecued Tri-Tip

So tonight's dinner was amazing! I'm definitely going to come home
weighing more than when I left in spite of all the climbing up and
down the hills.
I definitely eat waaaay better at Wildwood than I do at home.
P.S. - the pizookie is still yet to come.
